I appreciate your comment, and I did debate over the title for a while because I was worried it was perhaps too clickbaity when compared to "here are some exercises that may make you feel better". However, I would just like to ask whether you read the article? Because I spent the first four paragraphs with a disclaimer on how nothing can truly be a substitute for professional therapy, yet several people cannot afford to access it etc, mostly in order to respond to anticipated comments like this.
