Thank you for writing this! Even though I’m currently running a course on how to stay grounded in times of stress, I think sometimes I am guilty of using the privilege of my naturally sunny disposition — what I mean is, even though I do have a lot of anxiety and struggle with lows, I generally ‘bounce back’ to a pretty energetic and optimistic default after a few days… and it’s hard to remember, sometimes, that my advice isn’t going to work for everyone. This is a very realistic approach and makes me want to do better, and be more inclusive in the way I approach the subject! :)
